Missing metaDataUrl.. skipping dataset

I keep getting this (with postcodes that have previously worked fine) - the world generated is almost totally flat, with almost no road/building detail other than patchy outlines on the ground. As far as I can gather it's failing to find the specific DTM files it needs from the lidar catalogue ... have they possibly updated or moved stuff?

Yeah, I'm not happy with my current solution that caches stuff in github as it goes out of date.

I also would really like a way to try other LIDAR files for data if the first one is missing stuff. It's hard to guess from the catalogue what the best file is.
