[filetype support] add freecad files supported *.fcstd

adding freecad type file as support. this are zip file but the extension is different. can be useful for hobbyist :)

So digging in my storage, I didn't found my backup image and the dead HDD is now really dead and don't even start so I cannot test. how can I test it? just by adding the file to a little storage, deleting and trying to recover will do the trick?
