What is password for toolchain.part?.rar files?

I presume these are necessary to compile the source code files?

There shouldn't be a password on the toolchain archive.

Just issue unrar x toolchain.part1.rar And it will extract. I have a fork setup of this repo that for certain has no password. Just target part1 and it will extract. Then choose which version of the tools 5.40 is the most recent.
