Support for angular 1.4

Nevertheless, angular 1.4.0 changelog describe some breaking changes regarding ngAnimate.

I am getting ECONFLICT errors due to angular version as well. Is it possible to update the bower file or is this not yet compatible?

I think you only need to update the bower dependencies do angular 1.4 and angular-animate 1.4

For now, you copy dist/angular-busy.js and dist/angular-busy.css to your project, until they update this repo

Works for AngularJS 1.5 and we've been using it in an application for awhile. So I'd assume this works for 1.4 as well. Just needs dependencies updated in bower.
