add filter when selecting the next move

Hi . This is very nice tool to play blindfold. It takes time to find the correct button to select for next move. so added filters that shown just above the 'move buttons' the filter contains list of pieces that player can filter by. The selected filter identified with a blue background. To unselect a filter , click on the filter again

Added a new settings if user would like to see the filters or not

No test were added for now.
If you find it as a good idea , will add them.
