The command `\str_foldcase:n` was deprecated and replaced with `\str_casefold:n` (see the latex3 [changelog entry](https://github.com/latex3/latex3/blob/e1fa5022262f9936de44352b047dfb17f891ff43/l3kernel/CHANGELOG.md?plain=1#L390)).
