Apply track to entire Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Apply a certain language to an entire library. Chances are I'd need to approach this in a different manner than what I have currently.

Perhaps regular expressions are the answer? definitely would need some sort of ranking algo (for multiple versions of languages). Perhaps gather every type of version and then ask the user which they prefer (like ac3 vs flac). I imagine the same can be applied to subs. I would help but my JS is bad
