"Quick offline log" overwrites existing log Text

When a cache has an offline log and the user logs the cache using "quick offline log" the existing log is silently replaced, even if it's the same type.

To repro:

1. create an offline (found) log with some text
2. return to cache
3. "Quick offline log" -> Found
4. View log -> log text is gone

Expected:

• Warn on overwriting an existing log OR
• keep log text
