Linking to external manuals and tutorials

We just got a facebook post about a Dutch manual: http://rh-design.be/CgeoHandleiding/Cgeo-Handleiding.php

I like such things and believe it makes sense to link this and other tutorials/videos from our website. Should we add this to the FAQ, or create yet another page on the top level?

For this and similar external resources a top level page sounds good to me

The server is not available anymore. I'd link to external resources only if it is really necessary.
