Jump directly to the "Login Credentials" dialog instead to "Settings"

If you do not saved your credentials and try to dowmload a cartridge then you get a info message. From this message you can jump to the settings dialog. It would be better to jump directly to the "Login Cradentials" (sub-)dialog.

Steps to reproduce

• have no credentials saved in WgereYouGo
• in c:geo open a WhereIGo cache.
• call WhereYouGo from the cache details window
• In the orend info window hit OK to configure your credentials
• The main settings page is shown

Wished change

• in the last step jump directly to "Login credentials"
