[BUG] Folders and files in the folders are not in backup

When I create a Backup with WinRAR only my .md files which are in the root folder of my vault are included any other file placed in a Subfolder is missing. I don't have anything specified in Exclude directories.

I expected that all files in the vault are included. Except for the .obsidian folder.

In addition the backup only seems to work when I enable External file archiver backup

System: OS: Win10 Obsidian: 1.8.10 Plugin: 0.2.0
