Filter output on 2160p50 scene makes output of decklink card stutter @ 1080p50 sdi output on decklink duo

I love this plugin and it works perfect as long as my obs canvas size is not more then 1920x1080. But now I need a larger canvas at 3840x2160 and this is where the plugin starts to struggle.

Working The preview and program outputs are working perfectly, I can output a scaled version of my preview/program over sdi on my decklink duo 2 card The filter output on a scene is working at 720p50

Not Working The filter output on a scene at 1080p50 settings, this makes one of my threadripper cores skyrocket and the sdi output stutters extremely. I tried to add a scale filter to the source but this only scales the image inside the canvas. The Scene stays in 3840x2160p50. I guess this is more due to how obs works.

possible fix I wonder what the difference is between the program/preview decklink output mechanism and the scene filter output. I am also not sure this is an issue in the plugin but I can confirm performance wise the computer should be able to handle it. When trying this exact same setup in vMix with dedicated sdi output there is no issue.
