Breeze.Server.WebApi2 updated to v1.5.3

Breeze.Server.WebApi2 1.4.16 was causing dependency issue and preventing install in VS2013.4. Updated to 1.5.3.

Cool, thanks for pointing this out and finding a fix for it. I have now released a new version with an updated reference.
