Transmission-daemon reports the port as closed even though it's confirmed as open

No matter what I do with the latest release: https://github.com/cfpp2p/transmission/releases/tag/2.77plus14734-18

It keeps reporting the port I use as closed even though the various tests available online confirm it as being open.

This is on a Windows 10 64bit machine.
