Has anyone implemented showing related posts at the end of articles?

With tags; On my blog the tags are specific and focused around 5. Each article only has one tag and others might do it differently.

The related posts could be a list of the latest posts in the tags each article is assigned.

Either way, if we displayed a list of the ~3 latest posts below each article it would be relevant to readers and helpful to SEO.
