Following the discussion at perl6/doc#1846, I'm raising this ticket to ask which metamodel roles ought to be specced (but currently aren't) so that we can distinguish Rakudo-specific implementation details from...

Update old `#index-entry-...` links

Amend links with stale `#index-entry...` targets, in some cases choosing page sections rather than the equivalent index entry. Manually tested updated links locally.

Can't install due to upstream Perl6::Parser test failure
