Parsing shouldn't be aggressive

Hi, it's seem that the actual behavior is too aggressive for the majority of usage I think: For exemple `emojer.parse('http://google.fr');` will return `http😔/google.fr`

Default emojis should not be in the main module. They should, at least, be optional.

By removing the default emojis from the main module we can now create independent packages of emojis and anyone can use this package on their project without the pain of...
