Manual structure is odd

Hi and thanks for your time and efforts you put into this nice package!

I hope this is no duplicate, but I find the structure of the manual rather confusing:

  • Why is there no 3.1?
  • Why is Option and Styling a chapter, but barchart a subsection?
  • ... (I guess the problem is quite obvious)

This also makes the pdf outline rather unusable.
