Unable to detect sensor nodes in 6lbr webpage with only BR in Node Tree

Hello, I have followed this complete tutorial 6lbr using RPi and cc2650. But somehow after landing on the [6lbr Home page - [bbbb::100]/index.html after several struggles, I'm unable to detect the sensors node. Thus it's showing only BR in the Node Tree Tab. I have gone through several other tutorials/forums but unable to figure out the actual problem as well as the solution for the same. Any help is highly appreciated.
