Web Interface crashes

Hi, recently the 6lbr Webinterface crashes about once a day, to make it work again i need to restart 6lbr service on my raspberry pi. In the logfile i found this: 2019-11-06 7:26:52.310598: WARN: HTTP: File '/favicon.ico' not found, from 64:ff9b::c0a8:b231 2019-11-06 7:26:52.319915: WARN: WEB: Buffer overflow

any ideas?
