WebUI: Add automated project/log posting to chat/forum/github-issues

Rationale: When a problem or questions comes up it usually comes into one of these channels with less than enough information. This then requires asking for logs and/or code and/or board/device information, which takes a few comment exchanges.

Feature: In order to simplify data/context collection, sharing in chat/forum, and provide better support, it would be great if the webui could provide a button/action to post the current project (code + settings -- like arch/port/etc) and logs to a gist/web-site/something so that anyone can look and discuss any issues.
