Importable starter-set characters

Not really an issue, just a suggestion.

Since starter-set characters have been released publicly it would be nice if you could simply import one of those characters instead of recreating it.

There are a plethora of starter characters... the 5 from the base set, the ~8 from each storyline. all free on DMguild so should not be an issue. just time.
