Add ReplaceOccupiedInventorySlotsOnKit and DropInventoryOverflowItemsOnKit

ReplaceOccupiedInventorySlotsOnKit: By default set to true (current behavior). Would also send a (single) message if one or more items were displaced in their inventory (also applicable to armor). Placeholder of number of items displaced is included. In documentation mention ClearInventoryOnKit and how these options work with it.

DropInventoryOverflowItemsOnKit: By default set to false. Would drop leftover items (if inventory is full) on the ground upon kit selection. If disabled, message would be sent to player that kit items were lost. Placeholder of number of items lost or dropped is included.
