Investigate arena items being spammable or executing command multiple times

“ When you hold it down, it runs the commands multiple times. Assuming it waits a certain amount of ticks and then checks again if the item is clicked, if a player clicks just at the right time it may register the click as 2 if it is exactly when the tick happens. not a big issue but it is somewhat annoying when trying to use that and running the command twice sometimes resulting in it not working if it was like /fly or something it would enable then disable quickly”
