Is ENISA still maintaining the taxonomy?

The repository https://github.com/enisaeu/Reference-Security-Incident-Taxonomy-Task-Force still exists, but is also inactive for a few years.

There are 9 open issues and 10 open PRs that have been outstanding for multiple years. That doesn't look very active to me.
