feat: more easily see where exceptions occurred

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It would be nice to easily see where the exceptions occurred. Exceptions do not always end the transaction, they can be caught and then later logged or written to records or somewhere else. While this is not fatal for the log execution being able to easily find exception can help trace where issues happened.

Describe the solution you'd like

Some may of easily seeing all the exceptions that occurred. It would probably make sense to merge the same exceptions, these may have come from a loop.

1. An inbox with a list of issues
2. Markers on the timeline
