feat: Automate (as much as possible) log type updates

Is your feature request related to a problem?

New types and changes occur to the log types / events periodically. It would be great to automate this as much as possible

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Check if any APIs exist?
  • If not create a doc scraper?
  • Need to be able to diff this between versions
