feat: timeline - time scale indicator improvements

The timeline indicators need to be refactored. Things to be considered.

Sort out time indicator scale The bars get very close together when a log is larger than 30 -40 s. We should scale them better for the longer logs. e.g increase gap to every 5 or 10 seconds

The fonts should not need to scale to fit between the lines. Instead we should show less lines. E.g every 2 seconds rather than every 1.
