feat: database enhancements (epic)

• Replace db Count / Rows header info with info cards (Show summaries info about the soql (Include count, total time, row count))
• Show something similar to the analysis view on the db view
• Add a filter bar above the grid to access filter/ grouping
• Add a three vertical dot menu for table actions to right of filter button above the grid header (instead of on each header)
• Show a row menu icon for go to call / tree go to detail
• When grouped show the details by default + top row of the call tree.
• Add expand / collapse arrow for the details panel of tree row
