feat: interactive calltree on timeline

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Interaction between the call tree and timeline is a little annoying at the moment requiring switch between tabs. I would like to move the call tree into the timeline tab to improve interaction between the timeline and calltree.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a call tree on the same tab as timeline.
• Clicking on a node on the timeline should place that node at the top of the call tree underneath + allow expansion.
• Change calltree into move of a proper table to allow self time, total time, total dml, self dml, total soql, self soql, to be more easily visibly understood.
• Allow new calltree panel to be dragged to resize.
• Allow new calltree panel to be full screened.
