Update to the latest LFortran

And then update tests in LFortran itself to test the latest main, to ensure things will keep working. Right now in LFortran we test a little bit older version of fastGPT.

fastGPT now uses the latest conda release of LFortran 0.52.0. Now we just need to update LFortran itself to test the latest main from here.
