Site Localization

This is an update to #224.

Since now Jekyll can provide multilingual pages (with lang and lang-ref), is it possible to attempt to localize certbot website for more languages?

I'll try to localize this site to Simplified Chinese when I have some spare time. I felt like I need to understand the file structure before I start.

@stevenzhu25 thank you for reaching out about this. zh-Hans documentation would be tremendously valuable!

Adding multilingual support to certbot.eff.org is a high priority for us, but most likely won't be available before July/August. In the meantime, please send me an email at [email protected] and I can put you in touch with our translations coordinator and give you access to our translation management tool.
