Help for "delete" should indicate revocation not necessary

Many people are of the belief that they need to revoke certificates before deleting them. We should include guidance on the "delete" subcommand (or perhaps the "revoke" subcommand?) that revocation is not necessary unless there's been a key compromise. See https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/150-sites-split-over-7-certificates-how-to-plan-for-renewals/44180/25 for an example.
