[Feature Request]: Issue image out of more official ECR Public Repo

The current repo looks like a random users ECR repository vs something official from AWS.

Describe solutions and alternatives considered (optional)

Issue out of same repo as aws-vpc-cni, aws-load-balancer-controller, etc

I'd like to add that this kind of thing requires more work during an audit and hopefully everyone involved understands this well. If the source is clearly from a reputable company that we already use there is no problem.
