✨ Change to use 75vw of the screen

• List of installed content types:

  • ✨ Only show newest version of a library, older versions are displayed in a collapsed list
  • ✨ Show installed version in separate column in listing
  • ✨ Show version available on Hub in new column
  • 🔥 Remove column with display of library reference count
  • 🐛 If H5P hub use is disabled do not display upgrade buttons
  • ✨ Add column for updated time
  • ✨ List can be sorted by Machine name, Title or Updated
