Move from templates to component templates

OpenSearch has moved the index templates definition to component templates. The index templates are still supported, and they will be deprecated at some point.

It will be nice to move the definition to the new format. Note that this requires changes in the base clase, invenio-search. THe changes should be done in a way that is compatible with the old format and the new format.
