Add first-run tutorial

Would be nice to pop some notifications within the app the first time it is run to direct the user on how to use it.

One possibility would be to put the tips on the empty background:

A light text on the dark background akin to atom's tips while you don't have a tab open Could cycle through tips for how to do them.
