can't run python notebooks

I followed the steps in README to run the notebook. But when I try to open the ipynb file from the browser, I am seeing errors in the terminal where I run docker and I can't execute the scripts in the notebook. I see a "Not Trusted" also here in the menu bar of the notebook when I open the getting_started.ipynb file.

I am facing below issue for the creation of valuesets and values table in tutorial ontologies database. It seems functions is expecting these table to be already present within the tutorial ontologies. Tutorial ontologies database is already created so I have commented it within the code. Kindly let me know the workaround for this
