Importing token with password does not prompt for password

Using stoken it will prompt for a password when the token is created with a password, and not if otherwise.

Trying to update a token with a new one using the same device ID. The token imports incorrectly as it did not prompt for a password, and the expiry date is 1/1/36 which is incorrect.
