[OSX] app database update on new app
I was wondering when was the app database updated once you drop a new app in applications?
Right now it does not seem to update here.
I dropped the app like 10 min ago.
Alfred sees it but not cerebro
@farfromrefug can you do the same test, but check it not in Alfred, but in built-in Spotlight? Because under the hood applications search on mac uses spotlight index. And currently there is a behaviour to invalidate cache when something is changes in /Applications folder
I confirm the same issue on Windows 10. Same app (Slack in my case) is found on native windows search, and on Wox, but not Cerebro. I've restarted the desktop twice, and checked for all updates. Is there a way to force a rebuild of whatever is indexed on windows? Or maybe to set explicit paths in configuration?
@ChFlick Can you validate if this problem still happens in current versions?
