Service Modal - Application isn't loaded

Hello,

When editing "on the fly" a Service from the test case script page, The application isn't set to its supposed value

But when I close the modal, then click on edit again, the value is correctly loaded image

The problem comes from the jQuery select2 loading management, we must wait for the select2 to be fully initialized before showing the modal.

We have this problem because of our high number of Application, you'll be able to reproduce in our own QA

the issue is protect by this test cases : GUI Application 006A As a TestUser, I can create a SOAP service GUI Application 008A As a TestUser, I can update a SOAP service

Hello,

I'm facing the issue again: my application field is blank when loading a service modal "for the first time", closing the modal and reopening it is the workaround
