Update tile document page

Description

This guide page mentions supported did provider, this PR links to a documentation page where a user can see several did providers(3ID DID, PKH DID, Key DID).

Looks good to me but I'll defer to @JustinaPetr who owns the documentation. I'm not sure if we're trying to use any sort of permalink system to make sure links never get broken.
