This CIP, if it were implemented and became widely used, would be dangerous to the overall health of the network. Since each entry in the collection is its own stream, this implementation would lead to lots of stream lookups, which could adversely affect the scalability of the network. As such, it would be preferable to have a solution for large lists built into a single StreamType so that the amount of additional query traffic on the network is minimized
