There were some conflicts with https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58418/commits/aff9d18ae0952bd3742fc39b50544a247f7cab9b, but I resolved them. Not sure why it was still an issue since I had resolved them before- maybe a problem with the cherry pick. Nevertheless, it is solely a qa change.
