Is it possible to run ceph-iscsi-config and ceph-iscsi-gateway on ubuntu?

@shadowlinyf it hasn't been tested, so you might run into issues (which we'd love to fix)

tcmu-runner doesn't support it I think.

@shadowlinyf As long as you use a >= 4.16 kernel, it should work but it hasn't been tested (and you would need to build the packages yourself).

tcmu-runner doesn't officially support it, but it doesn't mean it won't work.
