Failed : disk create/update failed on (gateway server name here). LUN allocation failure

Whenever i use the command

create pool=rbd image=test size=2g

it fails with a LUN allocation failure.

I know you know the answer to this from the other thread, but I am updating it so others can quickly see it. This fails because a patched kernel is needed which is a duplicate issue here https://github.com/ceph/ceph-iscsi-cli/issues/36

Will keep this open, because the issue description is different and others searching can find it.
