Csi-rbdplugin-controller failed to regnerate journal errors

Describe the bug

I recently checked on the csi-rbdplugin-controller container in my deployed RBD provisioners and discovered they have been throwing errors in the logs as seen below. These errors don't seem to cause any issues with our persistent volumes but I'm not sure if there is something I'm missing. We've been using the ceph-csi-rbd chart since the 1.1.0 days. I don't think we skipped any minor versions of the ceph-csi-rbd chart since that showed up in the upgrade docs. I'm seeing this on an in-use cluster and a test cluster that I use to test new versions of kubernetes and cluster addons. We recently upgraded both backing ceph clusters from Nautilus to Pacifica.

• Mounter used for mounting PVC (for cephFS its fuse or kernel. for rbd its krbd or rbd-nbd) : krbd
• Kubernetes cluster version : 1.22.12, 1.21.11
• Ceph cluster version : Pacifica

I was checking this again with the 3.7.1 version of the driver and I don't see these log messages anymore.
