Use ceph-conf to locate OSD keyring in calamari-crush-location

https://github.com/ceph/calamari/blob/master/salt/srv/salt/base/calamari-crush-location.py#L22 should determine the key-ring path by calling: ceph-conf --name osd.N --show-config-value 'keyring'
