Notification after downtimes on passive checks
Verified on : Centreon Engine 1.5.3
When you add a downtime for a passive checks and if you receive a CRITICAL trap : notification is not send. ==> normal behaviour
But when the downtime is ended : the notification is not sent either ==> is it the normal behaviour ?
Indeed this is the normal behavior. Notifications are only sent in response to incoming check results. So when the critical trap is received, the notification validity checks prevent the notification from being sent out. You would need another trap to be received after the downtime has passed to get a notification sent out.
Is it possible to add an option on centengine.cfg in order to send a notification even if we do not receive a new trap ?
What do you think about this feature @lpinsivy ?
Maybe we can add an option at the service level in order to activate this option only for a service (it can be an option like "Is volatile" what do you think about it ?)
