Extension context store

Add support for using the Store feature from Jupiter to store the Extension_Mats, so that other tests can implicitly rely on the ExtensionContext to resolve a MatsFactory, and there is no need to inject this into extensions.

Also changed AbstractMatsTest to not be generic, as the generic parameter served no use.
